For our rapid tooling service, we use additively manufactured (3D-printed) Cavity Tool components. With these high-quality printed tools, we can manufacture up to 100 injection molded products within a lead time of 10 days.
The number of parts that can be manufactured, strongly depends on the complexity of the product and the choice of the injection molding material. The materials that we can offer are: PP, PE, ABS, PS and several elastomers. This approach is part of our overall process as a product development agency, combining speed and quality.
To keep the investment costs low for our customers, we often use Interchangeable Core & Cavity Tools. With this process we use soft steel cores that fit into our cavity mold. These cores can be provided in three sizes, Small – Medium – Large.
With these high-quality tools, we can deliver the first products within a lead time of 20 days. We can produce an average of 2.500 pieces.
